How introductions between project developers and independent specialists work on H2Hub — and where H2Hub's role ends
H2Hub operates a directory and introduction service. H2Hub is not the engineering consultant, does not perform, supervise, control, direct, warrant or certify any consultant's professional services, and does not review or approve their deliverables.
Where an engagement involves regulated engineering work, the consultant is solely responsible for holding every professional licence or registration required in the relevant state, province or country, and for ensuring that such work is performed or supervised by an appropriately licensed professional.
H2Hub does not hold, escrow, transmit or disburse client project funds. All consulting fees are contracted and paid directly between the developer and the consultant, outside H2Hub. H2Hub takes no commission from consulting engagements and does not rank, arbitrate or resolve commercial disputes between the parties.
Consultant profiles show information submitted by the consultant and checked for completeness. H2Hub does not independently audit professional competence and makes no representation or warranty about the quality, timeliness or fitness of any consultant's work.
Only qualified consultants with demonstrated expertise in hydrogen project development and feasibility studies may join.
Consultants may not bypass H2Hub by sourcing developers outside the platform. 24-month restriction applies from date of introduction. Breach penalty: 3× Standard Lead fee per bypassed lead.
Monthly invoicing for per-lead model (15 business days payment term). Subscription fees charged monthly. Fees are non-refundable except for proven invalid leads within 7 days.
