Nothing produced by the platform is construction-ready, permit-ready or suitable for regulatory submission. Engineering work affecting public health, safety or welfare must be performed or supervised by a professional engineer licensed in the applicable jurisdiction. H2Hub does not replace licensed engineering, FEED, environmental studies, permitting, legal advice, lender due diligence or investment advice.
H2Hub reports what its models compute under the assumptions you supply. It does not make individualised investment, securities, financing or trading recommendations, does not act as an investment adviser or broker, and does not state that any project is bankable, fundable or investment-grade.
Where H2Hub introduces you to independent specialists, H2Hub is not the engineering consultant and does not supervise, control, warrant or certify their professional services. Each consultant is solely responsible for holding the professional licences required in their jurisdiction and for their own deliverables, insurance and contracts. Engagements are contracted and paid directly between the parties.
H2Hub does not hold, escrow, transmit or disburse client or project funds, and does not act as a payment intermediary for third-party services. Payments processed through our payment processors relate solely to H2Hub subscriptions and products.
