    Every dataset H2Hub uses, the licence it arrives under, and whether we are permitted to use it commercially, modify it, redistribute it, or serve it through the API and bulk export.

    Reviewed on change as well as on schedule: this document is re-issued whenever an AI model, AI feature, subprocessor, hosting region or transfer mechanism changes.

    The distinction that governs this register

    There is a material difference between using public data as an input to proprietary H2Hub calculations, and redistributing the underlying database commercially through an API or bulk export.

    H2Hub's paid tiers sell H2Hub-derived outputs: screening scores, modelled economics, verified project records and reconciliation results. Where a source's licence does not clearly permit bulk redistribution, the underlying table is not served through the API or bulk CSV/Parquet export — only derived fields that H2Hub produced are.

    The original publishers have not reviewed or endorsed H2Hub's analysis. Where we filter, join, re-type or re-publish a dataset, the modification is disclosed in the attribution block shown at the point of use and stamped into every export.

    How this is enforced

    • New sources are added to this register before they reach production.
    • API and bulk-export scopes are defined against H2Hub-derived tables; sources marked Restricted, Under review or Not permitted are excluded from bulk delivery.
    • Attribution and modification notices travel with every CSV, PDF and PPT export.
